SUNDAY MORNING | BACKDATED | OPEN TO ALL VISITORS luthored October 3 2011, 04:49:06 UTC
Everybody had their sleep disrupted shortly after midnight, and who knows if anyone actually managed to get back to sleep even with a roof back over their heads.

Regardless, Lana will be up, dressed, and puttering around in the kitchen at 7 AM sharp, so anyone in the living room may have trouble sleeping in! She'll try to be quiet, but what with the smell of coffee, eggs and toast filtering throughout the house, that may not be such a sad thing.

Feel free to take your breakfast and run, or sit at the kitchen's bar and socialize with the other house guests and busy hostess. Whether you like it or not, you will be forced to drink either coffee or orange juice. Does it taste funny? You're just imagining things.

Meanwhile Shadow the puppy is trying to lure Lana into giving him some bacon. He's just so cute when he begs, sitting on one of the bar stools...

It's definitely not extremely early when Oliver manages to swing by Lana's place. He'd already taken a ride out to the part of the city where he was pretty sure he'd lived when he was a gardener. It wasn't one of his favorite losses, but if it provided extra living spaces, he'd deal with sharing the story.

Fortunately for him, or maybe unfortunately, the place he'd lived in was still standing but not much more than a one room shack. Apparently, mowing people's lawns wasn't as profitable as he'd remembered. The closet where he'd locked up the Monarch had still been there. Laughably, the ropes were still around the base of the chair that was still in there. He made sure to clean up, but he left it the way it was and just headed back to Lana's.

Knocking on the door, he heard the dog bark, "Lana?"

After making sure that certain people had plenty of food options, she left them to their own devices to hurry downstairs and answer the door. Of course Shadow is more than a little excited when Lana opens the door to reveal Oliver. She starts to hold him back, only to notice the object of her concern is nowhere to be seen.

Pursing her lips, she glances back up to Oliver with a raised eyebrow. "Where's Sansa? Did you lose her again?"

Instantly on the defense, he lifts his finger in argument, "I can't be blamed this time. I was on patrol when the castle kicked everyone out. She was asleep on her bed when I left. I can only hope that she'll be safe in there."

He crouches down to give Shadow a bit of attention, scratching behind his ears, "I'll make sure to track her down the moment we're let back in."

"Everyone already here or are they trickling in as they realize they're not getting back in?"

LATE EVENING luthored October 4 2011, 07:42:36 UTC
It hasn't been a good day, and now that she's home from work, she's just glad her house is in one piece. Lana doesn't even bother checking to see who's still at her place and who isn't instead skipping the trip upstairs and heading into the meeting with her journal and her candy bars.

She's probably going to spend a good portion of the night hiding in there, but feel free to approach her if you feel daring enough.

Lois was pretty much the definition of daring enough, always, and this was no exception. Clark was out with the dogs, and she wanted a chance to talk to Lana one on one, so this seemed as good a time as any to her.

She stood in her doorway, arms folded, leaning against the frame.

"Glad to see I'm not the only one who likes to burn the midnight oil around here."

Looking up, Lana's startled to find that...she was startled. She really must have been out of it, having abandoned the journal and was now hunched over a file. Quickly shutting it, she sat up a little straighter.

"I didn't disturb you, did I? I was trying to be quiet."
