[It took him a long time to think of what to say in all this, even after mulling over what he should be doing. In the end, it seemed to be the best decision for himself, the Peace Patrol wasn't doing what he wished...and enough was enough. Eventually he'll very diplomatically dictate]
Sorry to bother everyone but...
For my own reasons, I'm resigning from the Peace Patrol. I'll still be in the city, if people need assistance but...it's time that I go my own way.

[Well after his resignation and dealing with any conversations that may come from it, Allen is tired and feeling rather somber about everything. This wasn't an easy decision from him, but it was one he couldn't go back on. Once it was all said and done, he needed a break. He needed to be somewhere where he knew there stood a good chance of being cheered up, or maybe even a chance to vent. Not only that, but the talks of Riful having a trial did nothing but made him worry even more when he was away from Arthur for long periods of time - so he felt inclined to check up on the prince. So when he comes into the house, he'll poke his head into the room he's hoping Arthur will be in. It was still early in the day, but maybe Arthur was through with training.]
