[Those in the library today will be greeted by the sight of Charles, surrounded by several stacks of books on just about every subject, from Modern Technology for Dummies, to Radio Technology and You!, and he currently has Modern Warfare: Tactics and Strategies spread open on the table before him. At the same time, however, he's got a legal pad open, and is doodling designs for a device he wants to rebuild in Paradisa,consisting of a helmet, a geodesic dome, and a crude drawing of a radio transmitter. He may also have a tall glass of beer sitting next to him, which he occasionally takes a sip of as he studies. Getting an idea, Charles opens his journal, and writes in a filter, getting to work...]

Hello there! My name's Charles Xavier. Now, some of you in this filter I've already spoken to, while others have not. Anyway, I wished to make contact with all those opposed to Riful with abilities like mine, that is, telepathy and abilities related to it, as I've been thinking of a strategy we might employ when it comes time to make our move.
Now, most of you I assume are at least somewhat familiar with Riful's blue-haired companion, Legato Bluesummers. I've met him, I've spoken with him, and I have a fairly good idea of what's he's capable of. The strategy I'm thinking of would focus on him. We, as telepaths, could overwhem Legato's senses, by bombarding him with our own abilities, while others could use their telepathy to shield others from his ability, which is basically neural puppeteering and control.
I urge all of those who can see this filter to respond to it, so that we might coordinate our abilities, and how we might employ them in order to aid our allies in this fight we're facing. Thank you.

Are we still on for this week? Considering what's been happening, I'd say that it's more important than ever that we have this chance to talk and get to know one another. Also, I have something I'd like to show you, something I'll need your help with when we have the time to work on it.

I just thought I'd check in, see how you all are doing with your training. I know many of you have pledged yourselves to the operation against Riful, and I applaud you for your initiative. I've been doing some training on my own, so hopefully the next time we organize a training session, I'll be able to do more than supervise.

[Finally, with all of those filters out of the way, Charles will tuck back into his reading, still scribbling away on his legal pad, occasionally making notes like "amplification", and "range restricted by Dead Zone?" and other illegible things, he'll occasionally mutter aloud about what he's reading, but nothing understandable. He's got his journal open next to him, listening to the murmurs of the castle at large.]
