I'm Not Antisocial, I'm Just Sick

I'm inclined to blame the trees outside, which, in deference to the weather, have decided to start blooming. My allergies pretty much went away after high school, though, so it's odd that they'd crop up again so suddenly. Still the sort of headache I woke up with (you know, the kind where it feels like someone is trying to push your eyeball out of its socket from behind) just screams "sinus headache," though. Add a cough and mild nausea, and you've got the reason I've been in bed all day and not answering emails or suchlike.

I was the recipient of a good deed today. I went to the doctor's office, and, as it was a new doctor's office, I wasn't aware ahead of time that the parking garage there was cash only. I was trying to find an ATM in the building, so I stopped to ask the mailman there. He told me that the closest one he knew of was at the local 7-Eleven... several miles away. When he found out I was trying to find the ATM so I could get my car out of the garage, he smiled and gave me the three dollars I needed to get out. I was touched; how many people would do that for a complete stranger that they're probably never going to see again? I have to plot how to do something nice... I'm pretty sure that building is part of his regular route.
