Made some changes to my exercise routine as of late in a bid to improve my fitness and lose some weight. I've been going to circuit training once a week, which was knackering at first, but after a couple more sessions I'm getting used to it ( Read more... )

Went to my first karate session this evening, it was a lot of fun ^^ I'll be a bit sore in the morning though, especially my knuckles - they had us breaking boards on our first session O_O

Got my phone interview tomorrow, nervous? you betcha >

Hit the gym twice this week, hoping to step it up to Mon/Wed/Fri sessions with a karate session or two in between, with some cycling to be done on weekends - treated myself to a nice inexpensive cycle computer to help chart my progress :3 ( Read more... )

Spinning was fun, they played two of my favourite dance tracks too - Barber's Adagio for Strings by William Orbit and Sandstorm by Darude :3

Bloody knackered though, anticipating jelly legs in the morning >.<

And nekomonthetiger - there was no Scooter ;D

In a bid to get some of this weight off, I'm half tempting to try spinning tonight, or as I've come to refer to it - 'Cycling to Scooter' :D

I'll report back tonight - if my legs haven't turned to jelly by that point :D

Quite an active weekend for me, I'd forgotten how good it feels to have the wind in your face whilst riding a bicycle, covered a couple of miles and called in to see my uncle on the way.
