So, yeah, today, I pretty much feel like shit. I ache. It sucks. No need to go into specifics.

I just couldn't get out of bed this morning. I stayed in my room. I wasn't really needed at work anyway. There's just an assload of laundry and some linen changes to do. There's more than enough to do them, too. So, yay, pain sleep.
