So, It's been awhile...
Sorry I've not updated in almost 10 days, but things are so hectic. Not all is so bad there were happy times mixed up in there as well.
Before the whole money thing happened Val, Louise, Caroline, Shelly and myself took a trip to Six Flags and spent the whole day there at the water park and riding roller coasters, and as we were getting ready to leave the park there were beautiful fireworks. It was a such a laugh, a grand time indeed.
I haven't spent much time with my girls this past week, Karen's boyfriend was in town and Shelly was in Chicago and Caroline and Mary were in DC and I was at the doctor and Louise's boyfriend is coming in tomorrow. I am babysitting in Ocean City again tomorrow night (I also did last night), I need the money and all, but I really love when the girls come up on Friday nights and they probably won't in this case, maybe they'll want to hang out in OC and then come back here when I'm done and then we could do something fun on Saturday.
It's weird to have summer coming to an end. I love my job and I've gotten so used to the life here with the routine of the spa and my Irish girls its going to be weird to mix it all up again, even if I am going back to the "normal". I wasn't excited and I haven't had much time to think about missing school, but I went to Bed and Bath with my mom the other day and I got excited about having a nice and fun apartment. And I booked my flight from Florida to Raleigh so that is excitement about the holiday before classes start up again. And Kenzie is coming to visit for a couple of days in August, hopefully I'll get those days off.
I'm watching Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban at the moment so I'm a little distracted, but I felt compelled to at least give a brief update.
PS Jeanette stop writing scary entries about growing up and graduating. I've got at least til Christmas to try to not thingk about that, you dirty whore. (I'm excited for our date...hopefully I'll be able to stomach it by then.)
I've also been CRAVING to just get a big group of people together and go out to dinner or have a big dinner or something. Like an Olive Garden commercial lol. Feel free to post your affection to me my lovies. MWAH!!!!
