Another Birthday Gone By...

So, I turned 24 yesterday. It was a very uneventful day, mostly i just sat on the couch with my laptop and watched tv. I lead such an exciting life. I was very upset when I heard thunder, I wanted my birthday to be a nice, hot, sunshining summery day. Then, the rain and hail came. Oh well, none of it lasted very long. My parents took me to Jack Astor's for dinner, and I had fajitas. Normally when I go to Jack Astor's I go with Scott and we share an order of fajitas, but he wasn't there yesterday, so I had the whole thing to myself, and I ate almost all of it. I felt very fat for the rest of the night. After dinner we went to the casino, where my mother gave me some money to lose. Apparently, one day when my parent's had gone to the casino they were playing at a table with a girl who said that she always got a 4 of a kind on her birthday, so we decided to see how my luck was on my birthday. It was awful. I spent $30 on slots, and then I another $70 at a table. The whole time I was at the table I think I got 2 pairs that were higher than 10's, and not in the same hand, and that was about it. The best time while we were there was the half hour that we waited for the table to open, and I wasn't losing any money. I'm just glad that I wasn't losing my own money.

Today, I'm going to East West for supper with my whole family for both my birthday and my mom's birthday. That will be fun!
