Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all those who sent birthday wishes. They're much appreciated!
And I have the bestest daughters in the world! Ever!
A stretch limo picked us up to take us to dinner and when we arrived at the restaurant (at a 5 star establishment) I found it wasn't dinner for the three of us, there were 11 of my wonderful friends there waiting for us. Including a pair that had driven over 6 hrs to be there, who had rung me this morning to say happy b'day and apologise they weren't able to come up for the weekend (best friend from school and her hub), and another couple who drove back 5 hrs from a wedding to be here tonight. It was a perfect night, and my girls did the most wonderful job of organising it, and everything to do with it.
I'm a lucky, lucky mum!
