My subject lines are always so boring

I didn't really get any sleep this weekend, because I had way too much homework to do. Between Saturday and Sunday, I think I got about 6 hours of sleep.

Monday I had a test in COMS114. Even with all the lost sleep, I still didn't finish all of the reading for the class. Still, I wound up with a grade higher than most people in the class. Just like the first test, I was the only person with a B+. From what my professor says, it sounds like the grades on both of those tests will be raised to an A by the end of the semester. Yay. I had to do my final screenplay pitch in my screenwriting class next, and I didn't have one prepared. I did a makeshift one off the top of my head though, and it turned out alright.

Work came next (in Rocklin), and it was fairly boring. After work, Jonathan and I watched Prison Break and 24 that night, and both were very good. I'm completely addicted to 24 now.

Tuesday I slept until right before I had to head to Rocklin. I worked a longer shift than normal, and I spent most of it re-arranging the wine room with Laurel. It was easy and fairly fun though.

I came home from work to a drunk Kyle telling me that he would be moving out the next day and how it's been great living with me. Hehe.

I bought tickets to The Sounds show in SF on May 1st today. I actually didn't mean to purchase them just yet, I was just looking for tickets because Jonathan had said he thought they were sold out. I put in my information on virtuous.com, and next thing I knew I had bought the tickets. Hehe. I'm excited to see The Sounds again, and also to just go to a show, cuz I haven't really been able to go to any for a while now. (There's a bunch more coming up that I would love to go to but can't, though: Mates of State, The Go! Team, Islands / Why?, and Architecture in Helsinki to name a few).

School today was uneventful.

I have tonight and tomorrow off, but I have a meeting at 10am tomorrow to go over sexual harassment stuff at work. That should be ... interesting.

I think that's all I have to update about for now.

shows, school, concerts, work
