Advice wanted
I want need a microphone for my computer. Peoples, what should I get? What are your experiences, good and bad. I don't have the slightest clue about them, or even how they connect, though I suppose it'll have to compete with my camera, printer and ipod for my one remaining free usb port.
Hypothetically, if I were to get a microphone, and decided to record any of my stories, would it be really horrendously cringeworthy hearing me read SGA or SPN or SV fiction in an English accent? I know there's no way I could listen to an American reading Harry Potter or Good Omens fiction and keep a straight face (sorry US friends, I just couldn't), so I'm thinking the same would be true in reverse. Tell me.
