i worked brunch at the restaurant as a food runner. it was very hot, very sticky, very tiring, and snacking is way too tempting when you're stuck in the kitchen for the majority of the time. i hosted yesterday and made a few lattes, and am hosting next weekend, and have three wait staff training shifts this week. clearly, they need me ( Read more... )
