prettier and younger, but not any better off

i'm going to try and find a bright side here. i got my third rejection today, this time it came by snail mail as a form letter. let's say the bright side is that at least i'm not throwing my resume into a hole where no one is reading it at all.

susan treated me to lunch, today, because i f'd up my checking account again. i'm looking forward to the day when i can go thirty days in a row without screwing myself over with my own forgetfulness.

it is a cold and dreary day. blah on it.
