*boy shenanigans. haha, i worked an extra shift at the bookstore tonight, and the boy was there and it was the first time we'd seen each other since i told him we shouldn't hang out anymore and haha i thought it was awkward before.
*eva is still in the hospitals, but she is resting comfortably. her biggest gripes are the clear liquids diet and how she just wants a fucking sandwich.
*finally, the first installment in a series i'm calling "conversations i'm pretty sure i'd only be having while working at the animal clinic"
a lady is trying to breed her lab, and they'd had the two dogs hanging out for a couple of days, but the male had shown no interest whatsoever in the female. so the woman was planning to bring the dogs in so doctor m could do the artificial insemination thing. before the woman could bring the dogs in, they start to go at it. and then i had this phone conversation:
lady: um, he's seems to be having trouble getting his leg over so that they're bottom-to-bottom. aren't they supposed to be bottom-to-bottom? would you check with doctor m and find out if it's okay for me to help them along? like, is it okay if i try to guide his leg over so that he can turn around?
me: ...
