Cosmo would really, really like to be in New York, at the moment.
Not the city, though that would be neat as well. It's just that there's a concert on, the likes of which may never be seen again - and he's missing it. Sometimes, not having money is very annoying indeed.
And he knows the inn can't magically fix that, but it's at least not his parents' house. Maybe if he sulks somewhere else, he'll get over it a little faster.
