Svetlana has been restless. She's gone through all the usual ways to occupy herself - reading, talking a walk, relaxing with a cup of tea. She's even tried knitting, of all thing. Nothing's helped

Ianto happens to be slipping from downstairs when he notices a familiar face in the lobby once again. He's a little surprised to see him sleeping (because really, it can't be too comfortable).
He'll think up a cup of his own coffee and move so that one hand brushes against the man's shoulder, trying to wake him slowly.
"Molokov?" At least get him back up to his room. Sleeping in the lobby couldn't be pleasant.
Molokov starts at the hand on his shoulder. His eyes fly open and it's a moment or two before he realizes where he is and who's talking to him.

Ianto offers the man the hints of a smile. He's done his share of falling asleep in public places (mainly the Hub, but well, it happens), so he can sympathize on some level.
He holds out the mug of coffee, "Sorry to wake you, but your room might be a more comfortable place to sit."
Molokov doesn't strike him as the sort to fall asleep in public, really. But he won't bring that up.

"No, I appreciate the thought. I shouldn't have fallen asleep here. Too much on my mind, perhaps."

That might be the hint of a rather amused smile on his lips, but who knows. "Is there anything I might be able to help with?"

Don't take it personally, Ianto. Molokov is just very paranoid about who he tells things to, even with inconsequential details.
