yeah, my body hurts.

yesterday i dropped my car off at the mechanic, then rode the train into DC for a dental appointment at 8:30 am. (My first in 9 years, so I was a little nervous).

when i was but a wee young thing, we had this....illness...that went around. my mom called it the three day vomiting virus - because that's what you did. for three days. no more, no less.

i have no idea what i did....

up until three days ago, I was running in the morning and doing leg drops to tone up my abs (the ab work had been going on for about two weeks)....then some where around #18 in my second set, i feel this "i'm going to rip" sensation from one of my abs. the lowest one on the right...

well, I threw my back out on Sunday, or something like that at least. We had a rugby tournament, and all i did was plant my foot to get into a good ruck possition, and my lower back shot into pain. good lord. So, since Wednesday I have had this indescribeable pain in my leg. Woke up with it and I have no idea what might have happened to cause it. IT's centralized around my hip and just below my knee.
