Due to circumstances outside of my control, I have to be in Queens this weekend taking care of the building. That, unfortunately, means no cabin. :(
I plan on opening next weekend as long as this gorgeous weather holds... or at least the temperature part of it.

This is totally dependent on the weather but...
I'm looking to open the cabin on the weekend of April 18-20. BBQ and electricity will be provided, not sure about water yet!

So I was thinking about what I want to do with the cabin area in the long run and an idea began to take shape. If I can purchase the 50 acres across the way (maybe even if I can't), I would like to build a few small cabins (8x15 or so) in a central campsite type area.
