So I was thinking about what I want to do with the cabin area in the long run and an idea began to take shape. If I can purchase the 50 acres across the way (maybe even if I can't), I would like to build a few small cabins (8x15 or so) in a central campsite type area. They would have running water in a sense (haul the water to a high storage tank in each for indoor sinks) and would share a central shower/bathroom facility.
