For some while now my desktop computer has been getting annoyingly sluggish (it is a Lenovo All In One, which I acquired in 2017).

On the one hand WOEZ WOEZ WOEZ over the apparently unstoppable anxieties over body-image, pressure to be unrealistically slim like photoshopped models, etc - from which one is not even exempted by getting older.

However, on the other hand we should be tackling obesity.

Yesterday I had a particularly acute and severe migraine attack, for no apparent reason that strikes me. Possibly the changeable weather, possibly the wine with lunch, but nothing that really seems to account for it.
