Brainwires=crossed
Apparently when one writes with iTunes on shuffle, really weird stuff happens. Namely, In The Heights coming on while I was writing an astoundingly appropriate scene for Riverbank (Lauren says, You get everyone addicted to your coffee and off you go).
Now I have strange parallels running in my head. With Tom as Nina and Miss Kyoko as Abuela (paciencia y fe and failing that, a boot in the face). And it actually works.
Woke up at 7 AM this morning, registered at 8, and got all my courses for next term.

I'm sort of bummed that Japanese ties up my schedule too much for the Cultural History of the British Empire, but I figure it's dues-paying and door-opening for AKP. And I can always borrow KB's reading if I have time.
