Heroes 3.2, "One of Us...." AKA "The Hell?"
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH MY SHOW??????
It seems that everything is getting out of control crazy; moving at this crazy fast pace, in a world where people seem to not get what they deserve. It seems that "Heroes" is starting to lose its charm to me. I still forever love it, but really. I kinda don't feel that passionate about making my "Fo Real" series about Sylar anymore.
Seriously, I did not want Sylar to be related to Peter and Nathan. NO! Can you scream 'soap opera?' However, I liked Sylar's reaction to that info, and his whole sadness over killing his mother was a new fresh take on Sylar's character that I wish the writers did more with. His whole killing Jesse? I would have perferred him not do that. Fighting the 'hunger' that supposedly is not his fault would have been a nice change, especially since his target was the awesome Francis Capera. That made me mad. Why make a big deal about him being on the show and all he does is look in a mirror?
For once, I kinda like Claire's journey. You can witness the anger and evil beginning to manifest in her, and I like it. She might actually do something.
Mohinder and Maya...ummm.....I'm interested in seeing that develop. I really didn't want Mohinder to get powers. I wanted him to learn how to take care of himself, and I would have liked to see what really made him take the serum. C'mon man, you know you took it because you are sick of getting your ass beat. Just be real with us.
Elle needs to come back, HRG is still in character, which is cool and the whole Parkman journey is cool.
But what pisses me off the most is the whole thing with Tracy Strauss. THE FUCK?!? I read that Micah and Monica are leaving the show and that Niki is really dead. NO! How dare you writers! You killed Micah's mother and father within a year and just leave him there? And Monica was one of the most beloved new characters and she leaves for what? And Maya's dumb ass stays?
You wanna know what I really think? First it was Simone, then DL in the most bitch-ass way ever, now we just wipe Micah and his family off the show, even their grandmother who was connected to the company? I loved Monica, she was the one hero I could really identify with on a different level. I saw an African-American female with superpowers! Who was the last one of those? Storm from X-Men? But Monica was normal, you know? And now she's gonna be gone. WHY DOES IT SEEM THAT ALL THE AFRICAN AMERICAN HEROES ARE LEAVING THE SHOW? And no, the new black guy who is a villian doesn't count. And I don't know this new African guy. All I know is that if the Haitian leaves, I'm done.
