This is Delicious!!!
I'm not sure how healthy this is, but it does make the Cauliflower yummy!
(you can do this with probably any veggie)
- 1 Small Cauliflower cut up into florets. (could combine with others like Broccoli)
- 1 Can of Coconut Milk.
- 1 TBS Spoon of Red Curry Paste.
- 1 TSP Peanut butter.
place in a saucepan, and cook or simmer till
