Ran has been taking moping to a new level of art. She does her best to seem happy around her brother, but there's plenty of time when she's not around him. People who are moping are not only boring, but they rarely watch where they're going. Ran's portal says hello!

Ran is given to dramatics. Anyone who saw her ride to her team's rescue on the top of Persia's car would know this. Ran wakes up slowly. She's a little achy, which is an unfamiliar sensation these days, and she's extremely hungry. Despite those two feelings, she's got a bone deep conviction that she's somewhere safe.

That last bit is probably why she's so confused when she finally opens her eyes.

Practicing kendo at the temple is both a joy and a frustration to Ran. The mere fact that she can practice without hiding her understanding of the deadliness of a blade is marvelous.
