I'd predicted Obama by 5%, and it looks as if the margin is 6%. Not too shabby.

I thought both Obama and McCain gave the best speeches they'd made since the conventions. McCain was much more like the McCain of old. If he led his campaign over the last few weeks with that gracious attitude, more people might have responded to him. I still think that ( Read more... )

Yesterday, I attended my uncle's funeral.  Afterward, the members of his church provided a meal for the family in the fellowship hall. The husband of a cousin  proceeded to begin talking about the election, the end of days, and about how God will work things the way He wants them.
