HEEEE. Omg. The first Dinosaur Cove has been chosen to be one of the new Richard and Judy Children's Book Club titles.

This means publicity, it means sales, it means being displayed prominently in WHSmiths with a big promotional sticker on (you know what it normally costs a publisher to get a book on a featured display in Smiths? £20k per week. I'm not even kidding), it's likely to mean a bump in sales of the rest of the series, and I'd be surprised if it didn't mean OUP do decide to continue the series after the one we're working on now. In a nutshell, it means potentially big piles of cash for WP, OUP and Jane Clarke. YAY.
