I got a new job!
I'm terrified to give my two weeks' notice!

I'm looking through youuuu where did you go?
I found a bunch of my formerly-missing CDs in the midst of my last-minute (no, literally, Genny and Elizabeth and Darren were here and I was still straightening up) cleaning on Saturday. This included most of my Beatles albums.
I'm listening to Rubber Soul now.
How did I manage to survive without this album?

So begins the process.
I got the keys to my apartment today. (Further to this: Miss Shawna, I have your keys as well.) I've spent a lot of the evening getting my things over there and, with the help of Mom, Chris, Jenny and Mike, I got the first ten or twelve boxes up the stairs to the fourth storey. Probably Worth Mentioning:
- Went to Isabel's cottage party Saturday; had fabulous time incl. lots of swimming, some hot tub misadventures (?!), and a bit of paddleboating - also, the laziest scavenger hunt ever
- Worked my last Bluesfest shift on Friday - glad it's over just for the being able to relax now, sad it's over because it was such a good ( Read more... )

Second-last Bluesfest shift, plus various proof that I am overtired.
Tonight at Bluesfest was so much fun. Neiges decided to put Shawna and me on cash, which we hadn't done before, and we admittedly didn't really love the idea at first - but then it became super-funsies. SUPER-FUNSIES.
Things Learned:
