I'm wondering if this house doesn't like me?

There is something - or several somethings - living in the corner roof of my room. I heard either fighting or f**king earlier today when I came home. Sadly, I came home early from work because of the snow weather warning which means that there is a decent chance that I'm not going into work tomorrow because of it. In which case another day to spend at home outside of my room. After the weird noises I heard in my room today I am very much considering sleeping on the couch. I already called and left a message on the landlord's phone but due to the weather I don't think anything will happen for a while yet. Ugh. Not sure what to do.
So right now I am hanging out downstairs in the living room marathoning Star Driver which is hilarious, by the way. No, really, if you're an anime nerd you will like this, especially considering how high-caliber the seiyuu and art is.
Otherwise, the only interesting thing of note to come up this week is my trip to Philadelphia on Saturday to help out with Greenpeace's Coal Free Ship Tour where the Arctic Sunrise is moored. Also, that night just happens to be a Dracula's Ball so one of my gothy club friends and I have tickets to go to that. Conjure One will be playing that night so I'm pretty excited about that. And later on in mid-February will be Emilie Autumn which will be great as well! Too bad I don't have VIP for this show but I didn't even know if I was going to this show - I thought I'd be back in L.A. so I guess I can't complain too much. And I hear Ayria and Angel Spit are maybe playing in April so that's good. I just wish Matt-matt was here so I could see Angel Spit with him - or maybe be back in Australia so I could go to the new Amanda Palmer show with him over there like last time. I miss Matt-matt. I really, really do.
But at least I have things to look forward to and things to keep me busy for now.
Also, bloody hell I'm cold. I'm not used to this crazy snowy winter weather.
