Can`t be asked...
...to do anything of importance today. It is hot and humid and I am sleeeeepy. Night bus rides are no fun. I got a shower in which felt absolutely awesome after walking around in the heat full of heavy baggage and now have laundry hanging over Chad`s balcony and can`t be asked to do anything else right now.
Maybe a trip to Starbucks is in order for their yummy yuzu tea frappucchino....? Hmmm.... Or maybe I should get iced coffee? I feel so wrecked right now. When I got into Osaka at 7 this morning I immediately crashed until like noon in addition to the random intervals of sleep on the bus. I wonder if I overslept a bit? I don`t know.... O_o All I do know is that I have no energy to do anything today. Good thing I have an awesome friend`s place to crash at without worrying about needed to do anything or be anywhere today....
As for the upcoming weekend - tomorrow I`ll have lunch with Chad at an (apparently) awesome sushi place run by fishermen so it`ll be super fresh also involving a ride on his motorcycle to get there (wheeee!) and later on will meet up with Matt in Namba (he`s flying in from Sapporo) and move our stuff to Josh`s place in Daikoku where we`ll be staying as long as Matt is in Japan (until the 28th). Saturday is hopefully hang out with destroyingangel if she has time and dinner with a former ECC staff from one of my schools. Sunday will be the Tenjin Matsuri so I`m looking forward to stuffing my face with takoyaki, squid-on-a-stick, egg senbei crackers, shaved ice, and whatever else looks good. Monday I don`t know yet though I suspect that`ll be a Kyoto day, Tuesday is a Kobe day (hitting up the Mariage Frères cafe for some delicious French tea), Wednesday is the long goodbye to Matt and then just bum around Osaka until I have to go to Hiroshima on the 2nd for my week-long university program....
Maybe this upcoming week will be a bit busy?
