Lately I find that I want only to "check in" on my wired world but don't have a lot of oomph to write nor to contemplate.  I'm working on the contemplation part though, which is why I am giving myself this time to sit and type (my method of process).  What has become of my spiritual practice?

Solstice is here, the return of the light, for me this seems to be the true light of consciousness, the light of awareness.  The spotlight on the old, outmoded mind-stuff.
