Time.... tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick

Lately I find that I want only to "check in" on my wired world but don't have a lot of oomph to write nor to contemplate.  I'm working on the contemplation part though, which is why I am giving myself this time to sit and type (my method of process).  What has become of my spiritual practice?
