Hee, okay see I would have spammed ya all last night but I got distracted by shiny new (to me) House episodes =P.
Anyway, I guess I'll put the RL entry off a bit and try and lump the rest into this one. *deep breath* Here we go!

I made this music post months ago but never got around to finishing up a few thoughts/links/etc. until now. And, actually, I only made a half-assed attempt to do so tonight so I'm sure it still doesn't entirely make sense. Oh and, yes, I realize that by now everyone, their mother and dog have heard "Bad Day" and "You're Beautiful" =P. Anyway, though I'm still listening to James everyday (LOVE him) hopefully later this week I'll be able to share some of the songs/artists I've discovered recently.
2. Rob Thomas's VM pilot commentary
After a zillion frustrating attempts to download it from his site I gave up but, brilliantly (if I do say so myself), thought to try from my friend's comp and her purdy high-speed connection. Well, ta da! it worked and I uploaded it to YSI so that I could get it on my comp when I got home. I figured I might not be the only one who had trouble with it so, yeah, if you're interested here ya go.
3. Will & Grace Jack
I'm sure there are a few people on my flist who have/have had a similar "relationship" to this show as I did and that is that you catch it every now and then when nothing else is on and, yeah, definitely enjoy it enough that you would call yourself a fan but... just aren't fanatic about it like you are with your "must-see" shows. Well, I happened to catch last week's ep, The Old Man And The Sea, and seriously started re-thinking its exclusion from my tv schedule. I? absolutely loved it. Particularly the Will/Jack scenes. (See, Will confesses that he doesn't know how to swim and Jack insists he teach him). They were, I swear, seven kinds adorable and made me believe the rumor I'd heard that tptb on the show are planning to get them together, possibly even later this season. Anyway, I joined a community dedicated to the pairing and there's more about my thoughts on them, etc. in my intro post here. Feel free to skip that of course but, if you're interested in checking out the episode or just curious about the Will/Jack scenes, I've uploaded the full ep AND chopped it up to give people (with ancient comps/connection like me) the option of watching the Will/Jack sweetness only.

Anyone up for bawling their eyes out? If you're a fan of Firefly/Serenity then skip on over here and check out this gorgeous vid THAT CONTAINS A HUGE SERENITY SPOILER even though all footage is from the tv series. Some advice? Bring tissues. Lots of them.
5. Ashton Kutcher gets hacked Paris Hilton style x1000.
Now, honestly? I've never really been one to care about the personal lives of celebs (actors/musicians/what have you). I mean, I spend enough time obsessing over their tv/movie alter-egos =P. That said though, I find this all kind of fascinating. I'm ashamed to say that I downloaded all the voice-mails and, yeah, totally got some kind of perverse pleasure in making myself a part of this extreme invasion of privacy. *sigh* If I wasn't going to the "special hell" before, I certainly am now.
6. I'm not a feedback whore or anything but... *cough* imadeicons*cough* ;P
7. Speaking of icons, is this not the cutest one ever?
