Traveling to Mama's tonight after class this afternoon, so while I will have limited access to the Internet, I might not be able to tag until tomorrow night.

Well, maybe not a full week, but there were a lot of things to assimilate before breakfast that first day, and then it just got weirder the longer she was looking around. So of course Ilsa falls back on her comfort zone. ( When in doubt, cook. )

Just had a call from Nadine, asking if I wanted a new dress for graduation. She said something about the fifteen year anniversary got her thinking, and that a graduation was spiffy enough I should get new threads. Of course I said yes! That conversation brought up the memory of the first one she did for me.

I'm taking a small break to catch up. Still studying for the final course exams and still waiting to hear back from the rest of the residency programs. I'm still on track to graduate this summer, and it looks like I could end up in the program locally. I hope so, they are doing a lot of good work with youth centers.
