I've been reading a lot lately. I've blazed through months of slush. Some of which got rejected in the first three or four pages, some which held me until the end but didn't quite tip the scale to being something I'd pick up. The deaths were surprising, at first glance. When you look at Mad Eye's death, that was the most immediate bit of foreshadowing in the series. Everyone else it was a few chapters, with him, a couple pages. Dobby really surprised be, and I had rather expected Harry to use ( Read more... )
