Damon's at the bar already, talking strategy and safety to Ric, thinking how he'd like to just burn it all down. Tyler's lurking in the parking lot, he's gone pale on solitude and moonlight. Elena's eying her friends and her boyfriend and the dance floor. She's wondering if the band will be good enough to make her forget everything but normal. Make her free for just one night
