According to the courts, it's OK to use fallwell.com as a platform for disseminating views dissenting from the opinions of Jerry Falwell. Jerry Falwell tried to get the site shut down for trademark violation, and the courts would have none of that.

In response to this most excellent article: Stand up for Denmark! I would like to say that my personal feeling as to why we aren't is that the current administration would very much like to be able to create that kind of violence here over perceived insults to Christiantiy. Bush has been saber rattling about Iran for a long time now. It's interesting that suddenly Iran seems to be presenting us with the perfect excuse to do something nasty to them. This person has an interesting analysis of why Iran is suddenly a problem.

The 8-10 glasses a day rule is complete bunk. I kinda thought it was. I know what being thirsty feels like, and I'm not thirsty enough to want to drink that much a day.
