(no subject)
I was waiting for the bus this morning at the park-n-ride and there were a few other buses parked around the lot. Bored, I was looking around the ads on the side of the buses, not really paying attention. After I was done looking around, I went on to stare at my shoes, when it dawned on me... Wait a minute! Did I just see the word "breastfeeding" in one of the ads?!! Sure enough. There it was - an ad by WIC, very nicely laid out with a beautiful breastfeeding mother and child logo, asking for Breastfeeding Peers from my county! How cool is that? I still don't know what shocked me most: that it was a breastfeeding ad on the side of the bus in Ohio, a state that does not boast good breastfeeding rates, or, that it was a breastfeeding ad by WIC :)
