Election?

The government under Stephen Harper seems determined to have an election.
Instead of waiting for the Afghanistan bill to be presented in early March they have moved up the Budget date(by close to a month). Stephen Dion has stated that if the Budget is unacceptable they /will/ defeat it, and thus confidence in the house will have been lost. Since the conservatives are acting like they have a majority the liberal party will probably be forced to vote against it. Yes, there is a chance that the PQ will support the Budget, but even so there are two additional confidence motions that need to be accepted in order to keep our existing government. This is highly unlikely.

Personally, I see the election as both useless and exciting.
It would be the first time I could actually /vote/. In that respect I wouldn't mind the government being defeated. The chance that the conservatives will be voted back into power is great (If it wasn't Dion would have already defeated them and claimed the title of "Prime Minister")
However, if that's really the case than it's a waste of tax payers money, and with the chance that a recession is ahead it would be wiser to hoard as much as possible.

I have a two part Question:

A) Do you think Stephen Harpers Government will be defeated,
        -If yes
            i) Which confidence motion do you think they will fall on?

This is an exciting time for politics!
