Week 2 - 2nd day work out

Ok, last night I had to get up 3 times because the pain in my muscles hurt soooo much... had to take an Advil before I went back to sleep.  Honestly, I can't remember being in this much pain, but it will pass... I do remember that much.

This morning, it was another rushed work out, upper body - chest, shoulders, triceps.  Todd, my workout partner, had never focused on those muscle groups, so it was sort of a learning experience.   Next time, I will up the intensity (ie. more reps, more weights).  He says the work was too short, but I had to cut it off to get to work on time.

This week, maybe tomorrow, I will have Brian takes some pics... I think I feel secure enough at this point to post my progress so far.  I'll also post measurements....  last week to this week and see what, if anything, has changed.

I know it's soon, but I want to keep careful track of this.

... and, no, there wont be any naked ones, sorry...
