Tonight I'm going to the Harpoon Brewery for the St. Patrick's Festival for my roommate Todd's birthday. I had fun at Oktober Fest so I'm thinking it will be a good time.

Things I will not do this time:

• Go up to the drummer of a local band and tell him their new band name sucks (hey he agreed!)

I went to the annual Country Club tennis banquet with Melissa on Sunday.  I was her "date".  I would have enjoyed the actual match better if it wasn't so cold!  I was freezing and hungry.  You can only eat so much cheese and crackers.  They had one type of cracker that tasted like eating a tea bag.  Once we got to the actual dinner it went by much ( Read more... )

Mantra tomorrow night. I can't wait to get my dance on! I need to get to bed. It's 12 am and I gotta work tomorrow! I couldn't resist a beer at the tavern though. Those Irish bar tenders get me every time. The guy at Boloco is cute. He's probably 20. I think its funny that my building is on the front of the boloco card.

No work  today because of the marathon.  My building is right near the finish line.  I could never run the Boston marathon.  It's great when you see a 60 year old finishing which means that a 60 year old is in better shape than you ( Read more... )

So I FINALLY got to see Ludo at the Paradise. I was so excited I couldn't take it. They put on a great show and are super nice! I got pics with the band and chatted with them a bit. The lead singer, Andrew, knows my friend Monica so when I told him I knew her he was like "oh! well then you get a hug!"

I saw the Other Boleyn Girl with Charlie and  Meg last night.  It was a little different than the book and there were a few plot holes but I still liked it.  I usually like anything with Natalie Portman in it.  As for Eric Banna as Henry, I was not a fan of that.  First off his hair is dark brown, you think they could have at least died it red for ( Read more... )

There's been lots of talk about a new law they want to pass here in Mass where once you're 85 you need to take a road test and an eye exam to continue to drive.
