I really never thought his career was "over" after the Oscars like many people thought. He'll bounce back with time. If anything The Slap did more harm to Chris Rock's career and I am totally fine with that.

I still liked him after he slapped Chris Rock. But last year I saw he was all smiles and hugs with Johnny Depp in Saudi Arabia and now I don't care for him anymore.

I needed a moment from everything. I was overwhelmed and overstimulated.

He performed at Coachella to cheers.

He is still the most followed actor on Tik Tok which brings in millions.

Regular people are fine with him.

A woman living in China when the slap just happened showed how they were responding.

Asia takes family seriously.

You saw what Kendrick did to Drake when he involved his family.

" King Richard" actually did double the box office outside the US, so he is fine.

idk about any of that

Let me elaborate

China is one of the biggest box office market's in the world, so what the average person on Weibo, one of the biggest social media platforms says means something.

20,000 liked comments that congratulated Smith on stand up for his wife.

If his movie bombs in the US, but is a hit overseas, he gets more roles.

This comment is about how white people, especially white woman made the situation worse.
