one of psg's presidents is high up in uefa and this is their best chance at winning the champions league, so i think they're not making moves yet incase they get kicked out of the CL.
also there's rumors swirling that because they're owned by qatar, their superstars will have to show up at the 2022 world cup, so they don't want to get the players banned from their national teams.

but i bet any money psg will def join once those hurdles pass // if this actually happens, cause this is right up their alley. timing just isn't right at the moment.

PSG have big deals with UEFA and BeinSports (who broadcasts Champions League) so joining now will be biting their nose to spite their face or wtvr. They will join soon enough
