last night and today have been good. weekends are infinitely better than weekdays only because of school. otherwise i probably would like every day equally. hardcore shows are great when it's so simple and oldschool, when they play dead kennedys covers and you realize that you and the fifteen other kids climbing on top of each other singing along have their roots in the same place and the rest of the people at the show just don't know what's up. it's been a while since my glasses have been knocked off and twisted and i had to just push them into the right shape again. yea. the only thing that would've made it better was my friends being there cause nobody danced for most of the time.

new friends are great. i'm hoping to develop the newer relationships that i've made and keep the ones i've got growing and at the same time find some bravery to initiate new ones. all at once. go!

i need to get on with mailing stuff. it's hard without the packaging materials and such things that i have at home. next weekend i'll be back though so for sure then. but i'll probably just scavenge for cardboard in the garbage at the end of the hall.

i've been writing songs. i suppose that's good. not that they're good. but that it's good i'm being productive in that area.
