WHERE IS THE CLIMAX IN THIS BOOK EXACTLY?! Maybe James thought that each and every one of Ana's many, many orgasms counted as a book climax? WHO KNOWS
Well...holy damn! I was brought here by a link on one of Mark's videos on youtube. I had just skimmed through the book and I was so intensely glad that I didn't have to read it (THE HORROR) in order to know what all the buzz was about!
Your comments were hilarious and I feel bad for you for going through this, but because apparently I am a cruel person, are you planning on doing the second book too? Please, please, please do the second book, too! I'm sorry for being so excited about this, but it's like watching a car crash, it's fucking horrible and yet I can't take my eyes away. (I do genuinely feel bad, though, for all the people out there who lead lives that include BDSM practices, D/s and even Master/slave relationships. It must be awful for them to have such an integral part of their sexual identity presented like that.)
And as a person who avidly reads (and occasionally writes) fanfiction, I feel insulted that out of ALL the AWESOME authors out there, the one who gets published and becomes so popular is E.L. James (or whatever her name is).
And yess, we actually have started the second book starting from this post over here because you're definitely not the only cruel person and also we're masochists XD
