My mouth is still really sore, though I did manage to brush my teeth and rinse with real mouthwash this morning without it stinging like crazy. I'm trying yogurt again, because it's supposed to be a lowfat snack kind of thing. I'm sorry to all those yogurt-lovers out there, but to me, it tastes nasty.
