For the second time in my life, I purposely went out on Black Friday. It was mostly because the bank is one of my Thursday errands that got shifted a day this week by the holiday. Laurel started fourth grade yesterday and I forgot to take a first day of school photo, but I'll get one sometime this week. She helpfully told me after dinner tonight that the pre-purchased school supplies I bought for her back in May were not delivered to her classroom, so I fired off a few e-mails to figure out what happened with that.
