On the home scale - naked! I haven’t been around much lately because I’ve been SUPER busy since my friend came in to town. But my weight went up then came back down over the last few days. (268.5 - 269something at the doctor - 267.5) Water retention

Weighed in at WW toady at 267.6. Another 2.2lbs. down! YAY! The home scale actually read 266 this morning. I'm continuing on my way down. Another 1.7lbs. and I'll reach 10lbs. off. I think I'll share progress pictures at that point, and every 10 after

I was just too tired from my awesome swimming yesterday, where I did 40 laps. I'm more than halfway to my goal of 70 (I mile). I found this awesome ticker to show my progress:
On the home scale. Gotta LOVE weighing in naked on the home scale in the morning! But it doesn't translate to "real life" situations (like doctor's appointments) as well as a Weight Watchers weigh-in does. Especially since I weigh-in in the evening there
