I wimped out today. . .

I was just too tired from my awesome swimming yesterday, where I did 40 laps. I'm more than halfway to my goal of 70 (I mile). I found this awesome ticker to show my progress:





I just did Water Aerobics today instead of my planned Water Aerobics/Lap Swim. Oh, well, gotta listen to your body - and I did!
