Found a really funny Easter card at the store last night. It's promptly in the mail and off to Bethlehem. :P

Lastest news on that front: I'm heading out to Bethlehem (finally) May 16-18 to meet the parents, and what seems to be the rest of the family. There's also a cruise meeting that weekend so it corresponds well with my travels. What used to be a cruise trip for 10 people, has now reached 26 people. It's truely an Alicea family reunion. According to his Mom, I'm already a part of the family. That's a truly scary realization. Sam's trying to visit in April for a weekend. He knows he has to travel to Harrisburg at some point, so whatever weekend that happens, it will afterwards. :)

In Housing news:
I'm doing even less work than I was doing last year. My day consists of entering work orders from 8:30am-9:30am, checking my email and stuff from 9:30am-10:45am, and the rest of the day I spend either reading a book or doing a crossword puzzle. I'm not entering Inspection work orders for some reason, and I'm not making bidding packets. I've become a strict receptionist. I might be (and this is a big if) starting to enter move ins and move outs. Please give me something to do!!

In Outback news:
I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I miss working full-time at Outback. Especially after hearing comments and such from my regulars about the people who are now working in Takeaway. I just want to fix the whole thing and take over. I'm training tonight a host that turned 18. So, hopefully this host works out. I miss running around and being frantic. That's the kind of job that fits my personality the best. This desk job is driving me bananas. However, I know that I can't work in the restaurant business the rest of my life. Hmm...maybe I could if I married someone who made decent money. ;) We'd never see each other though, that would be the only draw back.

In Ayla news:
Ayla's pretty much back to normal. The vet said that whatever was in her leg is gone, and the skin is healing normally. I just have to watch around her paw pads to make sure nothing breaks open. Last night all she did was whine and was so restless. She wouldn't lay up on my lap, and she only wanted to play for a bit. Instead, she just meowed and whined.

Three days off completely from both jobs starting tomorrow. How wonderful! I think I'll ask Rick if he wants to go out to dinner tomorrow night. We haven't done that for a while. I might try to clean the entire apartment in one day tomorrow as well. Laundry included. Oh that reminds me, I need dryer sheets.

Ok, enough rambling...I need to go find something to do, even if that means going back and picking up Belgarath.
