Went to see "Henry IV" at the Donmar today, the second of of Phyllida Lloyd/Harriet Walter's planned trilogy of all-female prison Shakespeare after a great Julius Caesar last year. (I wonder what they have planned to close out the trilogy. My money's on Lear.)

If you are still in the Barbican queue for Cumberhamlet tix, try ATG which still has stalls tickets and no queue. It's legit - the producers get their own allocation of tickets. Best availability Sep/Oct.

Online booking was a some six-hour odyssey of untold proportions, but Cumberbatch Hamlet tickets have been obtained, oh yes. For October. Of NEXT YEAR.

NTlive was re-showing the Cumberbatch/Miller Frankenstein a while ago so I went to see the one with Jonny Lee Miller as The Creature. LOVED it. Wonderful script and amazing acting. I hadn't realised Jonny Lee Miller had such range, really great to watch. Really looking forward to hunting down and watching the alternate version at some point.
